Anime for a beginner watcher?

#1 I don't really watch anime but would love to get into it. I love sci-fi stuff, I'm open to any recommendations!

It's an anime where the mc is just overpowered. After that, for sci-fi,I'd recommend checking out Stein's;Gate, Darling in the Franxx, and Cowboy Bebop (CLASSIC!!)
Also, other animes that everyone SHOULD be watching are:
- My Hero Academia
- Tokyo Ghoul
- Seven Deadly Sins
- ReZero
- Attack on Titans
