Any Tips/Methods for starting out SE'ing

#1 Hello, I'm looking to getting I to SE'ing and I could use some tips and tricks to get started. Any easy methods or good ways for beginners to start out? Thank you.

Most companies require serial+pop or pod or they might require a virtual visa card for doing AR's (Advanced Replacements) you need to do your research that is the best to give you.
