Any anime figure collectors?

When quarantine hit and my office started work from home, I became really interested in collecting anime figures to spruce up my desk and home office after stumbling on the r/animefigures subreddit and AnimePlz123 on YouTube.

I was struck by how earnestly collectors compliment each other's collections, whether they are wildly rare and valuable or more affordable figures. It is staggering howexpensive of ahobby it can be. Nothing beats finding your grail, unboxing it and proudly displaying it. Ididn't fully understand the appeal and investment until I purchased my first scale figure. My desk and office are way more fun to spend time in, which has made working from home more joyful. Does anyone else on these boards collect figures?
