Rising of the shield hero, Overlord (my personal fav), if you can get past the bad CG I also recommend Arifureta

In Another World With My Smartphone, The Mistfit of Demon king Academy, Im Standing on a Million Lives, and Rising of the Shield Hero.

There is a ton of awesome Iseaki anime to watch. I'd just recommend searching up Isekai anime 2020 and its quite a big list.

They are all pretty good in its own way.

That time i got reincarnated as a slime, Maou-sama retry, and Youjo Senki are good isekai Anime also.

Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation . It's ongoing, but I love it

Goblin Slayer isn't an Isekai though...

Anyway, "I'm a spider so what?" is one I can recommend that hasn't been recommended here yet.
And Log Horizon which just released the latest season recently.

Definitely check out Re: Zero if you haven't already. I am not really a fan of Isekai but I really enjoy that one in particular. Another Isekai that I like is Konosuba, but what makes it great is it's satirical take on the oversaturated genre.

Oh Yeah totally forgot about that , it just fits the usual fantasy trope so much i completely forgot, the mc wasn't hit but a bus or something at the beginning
