I really like the addon VCmod. Although I do not like DarkRP

In my opinion, the best are cars or tdm cars because you can ride them and play with your friends.

That's true. M9K is probably the BEST weapons addon, it works single or multiplayer, and its pretty fun.
There are multiple packs, for assault rifles, sidearms, and extras (That Davy Crockett)
Very fun, very unique, and by far the most fun thing to use in Singleplayer or Multiplayer.
