Any good scary pseudo-documentary?

I'm searching a good pseudo-documentary but the most famous movies are trash. Can you recommend me any movie?

I just recommended this in another thread! What we do in the shadows is a really really awesome (and funny) pseudo documentary (or mockumentary).
