So guys, whenever I am laying down or sitting really my left thigh hurts (unless I am sitting in an absolute perfect position). and it hurts like fucking crazy.
Over the past year I have lost 80 pounds (I went from 260 pounds to 180 pounds) and I am 6 ft exactly atm and 16 y/o. I was wondering if the major weight loss had anything to do with it? Because this fucking shit needs to stop

I will visit a doctor when I get a chance
Exercising hard in a day might cause pain in muscle for few hours as your muscle tissues get torn and your immune system try hard to fix it by sending some cells etc etc. Iam not a doctor exactly.
for how much days you are having this pain ?
