Any reason my upper left thigh hurts like shit?

So guys, whenever I am laying down or sitting really my left thigh hurts (unless I am sitting in an absolute perfect position). and it hurts like fucking crazy.

Over the past year I have lost 80 pounds (I went from 260 pounds to 180 pounds) and I am 6 ft exactly atm and 16 y/o. I was wondering if the major weight loss had anything to do with it? Because this fucking shit needs to stop

The major weight loss will not affect your body a lot like that. You should probably go to a physician.
You perform exercises in your home? if yeah, That might affect you.

if its hot & swollen, go to a hospital straight away. If its a simple strained/pulled muscle. Ice it, and keep stretching it slowly.

It's not. It's just hard to get up from where I am sitting some times as well, but when I am standing up straight and walking around its perfectly fine

For short term pain relief over counter pain relief, icing it and perhaps a compression wrap like body builders use. I used to have to wrap my knees just to get through a night at work.

Exercising hard in a day might cause pain in muscle for few hours as your muscle tissues get torn and your immune system try hard to fix it by sending some cells etc etc. Iam not a doctor exactly.
for how much days you are having this pain ?
