Currently I just use hard round, or if I'm feeling fancy hard round pressure sensitive. I heard photoshop isn't the best for digital art, but it's pretty good with the right brush - and I assume Hard round isn't the right brush. I'm relatively new to digital art and art in general, so I don't want to rush to blaming my tools or software, but I was curious what some much more experienced people might have to recommend or suggest.

Depends what kind of art you're interested in doing, but I paint digital portraits with this pack almost exclusively: https://gumroad.com/charliebowater#BoiJD

It's free
