Any serious anime recommendations ?

#1 So I wasn't much of an anime fan, because of all of the goofy things they did, until I saw Attack on titans, which I loved, and then kept watching until I finished it.. Then I realized that not all of the anime is as I expected, so I'm looking for some recommendation, such as One punch man, Death note, Attack on titans,some serious and intriguing stuff, Thanks !!
