Anyone have any good suggestions for a FalloutRP server?

I wanna make a Fallout server and would like to have some suggestions for it, like factions etc.

You need EQ system on your serwer with treading and find some good weapons

You need to add the EQ system and good weapons otherwise no one will play

I would suggest going in with a custom map and a good idea of what factions you want to include. i.e. is it going to be Fallout 3 RP? Fallout New Vegas RP? Fallout 4 RP? A combination? Food for thought.
