How do I align it perfectly as seen in NulledBB

Heyo Aoki, this topic looks kinda dead to me, but if you still check these dead topics, can ya explain how to give top posters some sparkly or rainbow effect on their username (like the sparkles of top leechers posters on nulled). Is it a function in functions.php or is there a setting that I might have missed in ACP?

Since your theme developer need a little help..
I edited a theme only few bits and bops now weird thing is I've edited many themes before and exported them but when I tried uploading it for whatever reason I get an error saying file not found or could be corrupted. I had this issue last time but fixed it by adding </theme> at the end, this time it looks it's already added but yet same error? :/

Heya @Aoki hope all is well. Diggin the site. Plenty of resources here and including this thread. I have a question regarding shoutbox dvz. It works great but i need it to display newly posted threads as you see in the example below. Could you point me in the right direction? Any and all help on the topic is much appreciated. Im using MYBB. 1.8.x
