Aphelios' Kit

Does anyone else think that Aphelio's kit is a bit much? Alright so I know that Aphelios doesnt have any sort of escapemechanic, however he really hits like a truck, has so much sustain, pokes extremely hard, and literally has a root.

His kit is a bit much, but it takes skill to play his kit effectively. I think that at least balances it out nicely

He is op, esp if the player is high rank
they have to nerf it soon

He has a overtunned passive ability, The Hitman and the Seer, gets bonus attack damage, speed and armor penetration lol
