One question, is this a script to let the members code their own websites or just to the owner? I mean, like EasyCreate

Its a programme. So just the owner.

I already have this on my service, use it for some minor projects. It's fantastic, looks quite intimidating at first though.

Its a programme. So just the owner.

It's a website script, it lets users register and create their own projects and export them or upload via FTP to their servers.
