Are any of the training maps worth it?

Are any of the aim training maps worth it? Should i use them or should i just play and get better that way?

well i must say yes, you do, they will help you mate, you will get bored eassly but, it's worth it.

I would have to agree they are well worth it using the training maps.

In my opinion, no. Go play Valve deathmatch servers or play comp. Practice makes perfect. Never went on a recoil practice server but now I can spay quite accurately.

Training maps are better for learning sprays but Valve deathmatch is the best place to practice.
