This depends if you have the hardware to match the electricity. If you live in a place with high electricity costs don't even bother, find away to cut the electricity costs and then scale with hardware.

So the saying "during a gold rush, sell shovels" is a metaphor that suggests that when you recognize a gold rush is happening, don't try to be the 1,000,001st person to mine for gold, because you will probably fail. So if you apply that here, manufacturers of graphic cards they earned a lot, some gold miners got rich but most of them earned peanuts.

I see a decrease in mining in my country because prices are low, bills are still high and not many of them are able to keep up.

I think bitcoin mining not worth anymore becaue you need to have around 100-500k euros to invest to get a mining machines

Its not profitable anymore, unless you own your own power plant or have some other ways of getting cheap energy.

It depends on so many factors! Whether you have your own machine or not, the electricity cost in your country, the market situation and the BTC price etc.

Unless you've got access to cheap electricity, or have a free rig that earns big, and willing to trade the mined crypto at profit at an exchange. Then yes it is.
