I like the games that the Valve has done, csgo with the feature. But is it a game that can be played at garry's mod price?

Will those who have played and bought before offer this game? Is the given value given?

Not sure what you are saying with this, I would get if you are not good at english. If you are asking if people like garry's mod, it is a really fun game. And for a measly 8 bucks you can do pretty much everything you can do in any other game.

Well if you're buying from steam then that where you made the mistake. Just buy it from a 3rd party cd-key site and you'd get it for extremely cheap.
