ACE 3 and Task Force Radio are my two favorite mods for Arma, ACE adds a realistic medical system and TFR adds realistic radios to the game. They both boost the immersion into the game and add some real depth to MilSim operations. Most MilSim units require these mods and for good reason.

I love task force radio and ace3 because of the realism they add to the game
