Arrest Baton needed

I need an arrest baton that a lot of servers use. It stuns people then you have a function to arrest or unarrest and other stuff. It looks like a police baton and i really want it for free. Can someone help me get it?

I think there are some servers that have serious and good RP. But sadly the most servers are, as you said, very childish and yes... bad in roleplaying.3

I mean there are leaks or you could go to the place to buy a baton with the same exact function
