Article 13 - How will this change our lives?

As an everyday internet user, whether it is on my phone, my computer, where ever, it has a huge impact on my everyday routine, I wake up, check my phone, check my social media, go on youtube watch a video or two, get up, turn on the computer and browse the internet for a long time everyday. I wonder, how will this new law impact our everyday routines? I can already tell there will be alot of riots against this because people have to come together and fight against it.

Tell me what you think about it as I would also like some more indepth information on it.

Actually, I don't care about Article 13. I'd just get a VPN and say: "Bye, Hauptschler.".

I mean ... i don't think it will impact things very much to be honest.

There will probably be a underground market of people secretly distributing memes under code names speaking in some sort of code LOL
