Asking advices about Blender!

#1 Guys! I want to know if Blender is hard to learn. I tried to learn from youtube but the tutorials are scattered. Is there any good full course to learn Blender from scratch? I want to learn not just the software usage but also want to know how to sculpt human characters and 3D chrome texts and objects. Please advice!

After you think you know enough and wanna get more into niche stuff like geometry nodes, shading nodes and specific effects go to default cube CG cookie and so on.
