Assmod like PERP

So this is assmod, it's a very cool admin mod, where you have a menu with bunch of options. You can use this mod on any gamemode, it was used in PERP gamemode. To open the menu you need to either bind a key to +ass_menu or just do ass_menu in console.
The access levels are:
0. Owner
1. Super Admin
2. Admin
3. Temp Admin
4. Respected
5. Guest
255. Banned
