Asus or Dell

have no preference, also op pls elaborate on what you mean, prebuilts, motherboards or the entire brand overall

ASUS for quality and good customer support. Dell for affordable products or branding like "Alienware".

Asus dell is an awful company with crappy computer and even worse support... I tell my friends NOT to buy a dell as even with a warenty support tries to say they wont fix it and say you need another warenty..

Asus is better for the consumer. For business Dell.

I prefer to use dell because I often use my computer 24x7 in a week without turning it off, dell is very stubborn for hard work

I'm partial to Dell since they make Alienware which is what I am currently using.
