#1 Did anybody miss it? I don't blame you, they've toned down the original 24 episodes to just 12 this time.

Season one was a bit boring and felt long-winded sometimes.

Agreed. I'm curious if you like any of the following:
Full Moon wo Sagashite
Lovely Complex
Toradora
Anohana
As these are my favourite anime, but AOT is okay. It's full of cliff-hangers without any real resolution.

I've not seen any of these. Cliff-hangers are the most annoying thing on series, hate it.
