Well. I am from Czech Republic. And in school I get F for Czech Language and B for English but very exceptionally.

I've operated several forums and business; anytime you are offering free stuff, leechers will always exist. You make the problem worse by forcing leechers to post/be active before getting what they want. They will spam and make your forum look shitty. Either force them to pay (upgrade), or let them have it.

Another good way is to make them PM the original poster, as then they'll be active to respond to PMs and it won't damage the quality of the forum!

Your post made me laugh. It's hard to find people who have good grammar in places like this, specially with a sense of humor .
