Have you ever wonder why your life sucks that much?
Whenever it happens to me I just check to time and it's 2:30 am and still in fron of the screen like a retard ...

Guess who is never going to have a right sleep rutine? .... ME

It doesn't matter how much i work or try ... I can't go bed before 3 am

Which is the cure for those illness?
Count sheeps ? Beat the meat?
Who knows ...
but the main purpose of this post is...

Are you sick fuck as well and you try to avoid sleeping?
Like if sleeping were just for weak humans?

Am I crazy? Are we crazy?
Who is crazy? Why is crazy?

Trying to go bed since 1930s ... I am the longest and oldest not sleeping person

Smoke some dank weed, usually helps with my insomnia. Or eat a edible. You'll be out like a light.

Try my sleep schedule. Work Monday-Friday 4pm-4am, get home around 4:30, stay up until about 6:30, fall asleep, and wake up around 12 so you still have some of your day left.

Exercise until exhaustion, limit the electronic devices especially at night, take a hot bath, eat a good meal and you should be already asleep.
