BEGINNER CHARACTER?

Junkrat is worth a try as a beginner character too. if you're good with hitscan then great, but if you're getting frustrated with aim then unleash the spam. he's good at contributing even when he's not fighting duels, and you've got a really nice close range combo. satisfying.

I'd say DVA. She is really easy to get used to and a tank. When you get in trouble you can boost on out of there. Or get enough kills and its unleash the bunny!

soldier, reaper, junkrat, lucio, moira, mercy, hog, rein are usually the go to's of "easy" characters

At tank and Healer any character good for newbie.
In DD tier, i think - Reaper and May.

Genji is pretty straight forward and I think they buffed him in the latest patch

Lucio for supports is really easy, mccree for dps, and reaper as well. for tanks D.va and reinhardt

Every hero, which don't shooting. Reinhard, Bbrigitte, Mercy, Moira. For DPs you recommend use Junkrat and Reaper.

Mcree is a good starter i'd say. roll, stun, shoot, repeat. he also has potantial to be real scary if you are an experienced player

Here are my two favourite beginner characters based on roles:

TANK: Orisa, Reinhardt

HEALS: Lucio, Moira

DPS: Soldier 76, Reaper (both self heal)

My advice is try them all out in practice range/quick play and see what fits your play style!

I recommend starting with the soldier, the easiest character to deal damage, BUT first you need to practice. In general, before starting the game, adjust the mouse sensitivity, 5 would be very convenient. This is for playing the soldier.
For treatment, Mecry is the best. Even in a diamond, this character is in great demand.
