BEGINNER CHARACTER?

to easy start :

Tank : Rein / Roadhog
Dps : Soldier / ashe
Support : Mercy / anna

It belongs on your playstyle.

play s76 if you're already used to a normal fps
for tanks/supports play something that lets you look at the game as a whole without caring too much about mechanics

e.g heroes who don't need to aim too much

Soldier 76 was my go to starting out. very easy to use

mercy is the best and classic

I think the most basic characters are Soldier: 76 and Bastion. But please, don't play Bastion

I'd recommend starting with a simple tank like DVA or Rein just to learn the basics.
