BUGS AND LOW FPS IN GMOD

Hello guys. I have 20 fps in gmod and i can't play in DRP and other minigames normaly.What can i do with this?

Go on gmod go settings and put shadow in low and go in Steam>steamapps>common>garry's mod>garrysmod>cfg and open autoexec and enter this text
gmod_mcore_test 1
mat_queue_mode -1
cl_threaded_bone_setup 1
and u can del your cache

THANKS! I got over 40 fps! Now i can play in deathrun normaly

I mean the game is very old now so Its really not a suprise.. My game crashes and freezes all the time man

I have the same problem but my pc sucks and I am getting a new one latter

It highly depends on the server configuration with mods and everything that the server is loading for the client to view.
