Backup steam games before computer reset

#1 I plan on resetting my pc since it's begun to get slow again, so I was wondering the best way to save some steam games so that I don't have to redownload them. I don't have access to an external harddrive at the moment, so is there any other way I could do so? I know I could compress all the games, but would it be enough to save it online until after it resets?
