Bank/ Cash like Plugin

Please Anyone has a Cash plugin where by I'll put restrictions to specify amount of cash to unlock threads and to download or to enter a specific forum?

You earn money by writing posts. When you are looking for a plugin where you must buy access with real cash - i do not know such a plugin...
