Paladins battle royale is great tho

Tehre is an upcoming Battle royale that is called mavericks proving grounds, its really cool looking

Rust is a 1st person online survival game, some servers host a battle royal custom mode but it's in 3rd person and it's managed differently than PUBG or H1Z1. Still a great game, always gets my heart pumping.

Maybe You shoulda try original ARMA 3 Battle Royal...
or try Escape from Tarkov, this is not same type of PUBG but you can feel more tension than PUBG

Fortnite is better. its graphics are awesome and cartoonic at the same time.
