Raiden shogun. She objectively ranks in the upper echelon of 5-star characters. Plus, she's very flexible for your team comp. She's a must-have.

I think it's Ayaka because she can literally freeze the enemies and dealing a bunch of damages if setup correctly with some other hydro characters.

Hu tao, in my opinion does a lot of damage.
