What is the best addon to use on a roleplay server ?

The best thing to do is to make custom addons, lua is not that hard.

Honestly, There is no "best addon". It is down to personal preference what is the best addon.
There are also different addons for different purposes so there isn't any "best addon"

If you want the "Best Addon" come up with something that would be extremely useful and or cool and make it.
(Or hire a dev)

For me, the best mod is TFA BASE. (This is the base for multiple mods)

No matter what your needs are. VCMod is the best. But SGM vehicles are also amazing.

Depends on what kind of server you are hosting as it can be a bit different to your opinion.

There can be no better adon, each adon is good in its own way

There is not really an "best addon" but best combination of addons that suits you. I don't know if you get what i'm saying ...

LiteGibs is my favourite because it improves the feeling of kill a big amount

The best mode is the TTT plugin with the melon launcher
