Cake is the best anti-cheat for Garry's Mod there are not that much to chose from

I would say Cake anti cheat also because its easy to manage

cake anticheat works the best for me, but normally i dont use one as i just play with friends.

I do not need anti-cheat on the server, so I do not know, I'll have to deliver it.

This isn't an anti-cheat, but Leyscreencap is the new working screenshot addon that works on all hackers I've seen so far.
It grabs their view of the screen (not steam overlay) and you also have the option to stream it.

A player acts suspicious, you check our their screen and go "Oh, that's a fun little wall hack"
