Chrome definitely. Safar when on my Mac though.

I don't like chrome. Had an Issue with a friend where both his and my chrome synced with each other while we were connected with Teamviewer and we both had the passwords and accounts from the other one. Also Chrome stores information from your Computer outside the browser. Like programs your using etc. I prever Opera GX. You can Limit RAM and CPU usage, its even lighter then Chrome and got some benifits like Whatapps, twitter, Discord etc. build in, 2 different workplaces to browse onto and its fancier :D

chrome is my favortie. but love the free vpn option of opera.
