Hating the cheaters so deciding to hack yourself is probably the worst thing you can do, and given the fact that you're willing to do such a thing helps everyone realize why you're encountering cheaters in the first place.
Bite through the crap in games, don't flame or troll and stay till the end, your trust score will rise and you'll end up in better matches.
I'm MGE with a high trust factor and I don't remember the last time I've met a cheater or had a salty teammates (not counting games in time period where Russians play, Vodka does things to them regardless of how good they are) :D
