Best FREE VPN?

i use PsiPhon3 very easy to use and it gives me a quick vpn xd

softether worked well for me. it got changed a bit and i removed it but if you took time to figure it out.

Aviria Phantom is pretty great. I use that or cyberghost ! ;D

No free VPN is safe. I'm not saying that all paid vpns are safe aswell, no. I'm just saying that VPN in general is not a good thing to have. It just tracks your data and search history etc. Some vpn may not do that but its really rare that you find one that don't.
