Unreal Engine 4, not for its graphics but its usability in blueprints, scaleability and compatibility with consoles if you need it.

Unreal Engine. Literally the best and more comprehersive than the others. Little bit difficult compared to Unity, renpy etc but definitely pays off.

Unreal Engine is great yes, its free to start with too. But what people dont realise is when they publish a game and it starts taking off, (after 30000$ worth of revenue gen) they ahve to pay royalties to Epic, which can get very exhausting for indies.

Unreal Engine 4 for me. Seems like such a more well rounded and complete engine compared to Unity. Unity is missing a bunch of obvious features.

I personally use unity, really user friendly you just need to learn how to do things
