Yah, vcmod is perfect for RP experiences as cops can pull people over (If you have ELS installed) and it really makes it feel real with people driving around. Though I must argue that CW is also good for an rp server because traditional gmod weapons are complete garbage.

My favorite addons is probably Wire and ACF. I play a lot of sandbox and build a ton.

Storm fox environment is by far amazing. It really adds a depth of realism to any server

Background NPCs has been pretty wild to use with some configurations, it's nifty especially when you don't have many players.

Media player, sit anywhere and biggies bong

Wiremod is almost essential if you want to play DarkRP. Also be sure to grab the Murderthon 9000 Weapons Packs. A lot of servers use that weapons pack.
