XP is the winner for me. Maybe support is ended but soft support like car diagnostics and other hardware like that work perfect on XP

For me the best of all is windows 8 I love it and it is very light

For a normal user with little experience Windows 10, for average users or students who can not buy a Macbook, any distribution of Linux can work, if you do not have much experience with this operating system, Ubuntu is a good option, if you have A little more debian experience is an excellent option

I use MacOS for graphic design and video editing, Windows is sometimes nice too but I don't enjoy it or use it much for other than Paint Tool Sai

For personal use -> MacOS(fast and not crashing like Windows 10, which I also using), for servers -> debian 9

macOS is the best <3 .. (more secure, nice UI, less crashing, perfect choice for a mobile developper) That is my opinion ..
But for gaming, Windows is a must <3
The quieter you become, the more you are able to hear ..

Windows 7 Ultimate x64 but I am using Windows 10 Pro x64.
