Best Perk ever in Call of Duty?

Juggernaut was a very bad perk in my opinion. But I think the best one is Toughness from BO2

I would say scavanger is by far the most underrated but most powerful perk ever. I mean you could kill endless enemies without dying or picking up a shitty waepon from someone :D

Juggernog ist the best Perk then Tombstone, then Double Tap Root Beer, then Mule Kick then Tempo Cola then Quick Revive, then PHD Flopper

Juggernog if you don't want to think too much for the rest you already know

I loved stopping power a shame they tookmit out the game smh
