Best Perk ever in Call of Duty?

its gotta be phdflopper its the only perk that i would use for high round games if the map has it

Juggernaut or in Infinite Wsrfare Tuff Nuff ist the best Perk for me because its the usefullest

Juggernaut is the most over powered perk in COD but not the best in my opinion, I really liked Ninja from MW2.

I agree although I think all perks where helpful to an extent, Jug was the most useful, it has saved me the most.

Personally, i would choose the Y33T Y33T over the N33T N33T

Call of duty is the biggest game ever.
Zombie mode is exeptional

Juggernaut will always be the best perk and probably would say PHD Flopper as well but it's not in the game no more sadly ..
