As italian i'm a pizza purist, and I know that could be hard for you to find mozzarella (that is not properly cheese) everywhere.
Two of my favourite pizzas are:
Diavola: Tomato sauce (not ketchup please), mozzarella, Calabria's salami, Calabria's hot pepper, Olive oil.
Gorgonzola and speck: Tomato sauce (not ketchup please), mozzarella, gorgonzola cheese, sudtirol speck ham, walnut, olive oil

Im a simple man, I like margherita the best because u can really tell a good pizzeria from their margheritas

I love pizza hawaii (yes its the one with pineapple but i still love it).

i like every pizza i have ever eaten, but my favorite is double pepperoni.

The best pizza is the italian one. Thin and light, if you never tried it, you must.
