Hey man, theres alot you can find on youtube or just through google. Depending what you're after, using keywords they usually pop up. There are lovely creatives who post up free stuff to downlaod. Texturelabs has free graphics, textures and that if you're interested.

Blkmarkets Reactor is really good and not too expensive.

Honestly between plug ins, templates, actions, etc the most useful thing ive found is layer styles. like the fullermoe text layer styles, or theres so really good paper texture ones

eyecandy 7 is a good one , you have to pay but you get a free 30 day trial

ink lab and reactor from blkmarket are great as well as eyecandy. if you have needs for animation motion 3 is a good one

topaz clean, magic bullet photolook and eye candy are really good

Any Blkmarket plugins are nice like others have mentioned. I like their Monitor plugin a ton. They also have a ton of good mockups and textures, some of which are free. I would check out the Graphics Resources forum on here!

You must first figure out what you want to do in Photoshop.

There are thousands of plugins and extensions.

Then do a search for the best plugins to help in achieving that particular effect.

highly recommend any that blkmarket has, they make some really good assets/plugins
