And In The End
-Basic PHP

Wordpress is best CMS for first page. You can do everything from panel.

Learn CSS HTML for the moment and try them on Adobe Dreamweaver

there is a huge list for it. but for basic stuff i would say html css javascript php and bootstrap is enough

Open Source without getting frustrated if something got wrong (backup and replace)

I think PHP is the best choice for beginner. But you have to learne HTML and CSS first.
