Has been and currently is eminem. I know a lot people go on about him being tourists or what ever. But you can't take away the fact he is a genius with words and mic.

Easily Young Thug. He changed hip hop in a way nobody else did, hes practically the Michael Jackson of hip hop.

Agreed I do think he was better in the 90s and 00s tho
