Perhaps create your own Botnet? I'm not too up to date with stressers on the internet now, but if you take a few hours you could easily find how to create a botnet, botnet source code, dedicated server that allows botnets and more.

ye but i think you can be easily caught if you do it on your own vps

I wouldn't use anything that has paypal it can more easily be traced back to you. Kinda risky its best to get crypto-currency.

Purchase VIA Crpyto Currency on a fake alias with a VPN. Pretty simple, don't login with anything connected to yourself. Make sure it's completely offshore and allows Botnets.
