There is no such thing as the best Support. Sure there is S tier and metacharacters but never will a character be GOD tier unless reworked r buffed and broken there are no best champions

I am maine Braum , a very good and strong support , but if you play with him a lot it become a bring champion. Also soraka \ leona \ tresh are good

It depends a lot on matchups, but if it is one in general .. I believe that Nautilus is a good choice he can take a lot of damage and have enough CC in his kit
