nami or soraka they heal and do damage a lot. but i don't recommend

Best support for me has to be Nami, she has everything I want from a support. CC, Heal, AA damage boost what more can you ask for a support? I also like Lulu but most people I've played with are pretty bad with her.

The best support in my opinion is SONA, but unfortunally i'm not very good with her...

well u need to figure out what is strong in the meta atm and afterwards u should think about what scales good with ur current adc

I still find maokai to be a really fun support. His saplings count as wards in bushes when they explode so you can have many wards around to help your ADC. As well as he has a engage, a stun with his punch, and a root with his ult. As well as he is just fun to play as.

In my opinion Rakan is good support. Maybe he dont have to much armor but he os very mobily
