Best Text Editor (Not for coding, for your site!)

CKEditor is a strong option for your web if u already use it i recomend dont change!!!!

Here is another vote for CKEditor - I find it straighforward to use and very good

I think best editor is notepad for all and especially for coding

Definitely notepad++! With the possiblity to add modules, you can really get a lot out of it, plus it's free!
